You can online payments, view coverages, and update information on your AAA home insurance policy via the AAA homepage. You can also report a claim online as well. Telephone account services are also available (you can find phone numbers on your localized homepage). The instructions below detail how to access/register your account, what to do if you forgot your account password, as well as how to make an online claim.
Step 1 – Go to www.aaa.com. Your region-specific homepage will automatically load.
Note: This guide shows the various login/registration processes for the Southern New England homepage, your local homepage (yourlocation.aaa.com) may have a different layout.
Step 2 – Click the ‘Sign In’ link located in the menu at the very top of the page. You will be redirected to the secure login form.
Step 3 – Enter your email address and password into the input fields, and then click the ‘Login to AAA’ button.
Note: You may be required to answer the security question that you selected when you created your account.
Forgot Password – Go to the login page, and then press the ‘Forgot Password’ link located directly under the password input field. On the next page, enter your email. Your password will be sent to your inbox.
Step 1 – Starting from the homepage, click the ‘Register’ link (in the upper-most menu). You will be transferred to the account registration form.
Note: You can also go to the registration page via the link on the sign-in page.
Step 2 – Enter your first name, last name, ZIP code, email, and AAA number. Then enter your profile details (login email, password, and security question).
Step 1 – On the homepage, hover over the ‘Insurance’ tab.
Note: The online claims process might be different on your region’s homepage.
Step 2 – Press the ‘File a Claim’ link.
Step 3 – Select your state from the drop-down menu.
Step 4 – Either call the number listed, or click the link (under the type of claim you want to file) to begin the online claims process.
