Create an online account to manage your AAA renters insurance policy 24/7 from your phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer. Policyholders can view plan information, update certain details, request changes to their policy, as well as make payments and file claims online. Follow the steps in the instructions below to register a new account, log in to your current account, or file a renters/property claim.
Step 1 – Start by going to www.aaa.com (you can also press the ‘Login’ button at the top of this page).
Step 2 – Your local AAA homepage will load. Look near the top of the page for a ‘Sign In’ link (as shown in the sample image below). Click the link and you will be transferred to the login form.
Step 3 – Enter your email address and password to access your account.
Forgot Password – If you do not know your password/username click on the ‘I don’t know my email’ or ‘Forgot Password’ links located on the sign-in page/form. To recover or reset your password, you will need to enter your email address. If you need to recover your email address you will need to provide your last name, ZIP code, and member number.
Step 1 – Go to the homepage (aaa.com). Look for a ‘Register’ link in the top menu of the site (outlined in the screenshot below).
Step 2 – Once on the profile registration page, you will need to provide various personal/membership details.
Step 3 – Enter your first/last names, ZIP code, email, and member number. Select your login email address, and then choose a password and security question/answer. Press the ‘Register’ button to create your account.
Step 1 – Go to the homepage and hover/click the ‘Insurance’ button.
Step 2 – Click the ‘File a Claim’ button.
Note: At this point, the process may differ from site to site (each AAA website is region-specific and differs in layout).
Step 3 – Select your state.
Step 4 – Click the link to begin your online claim.
