AIS auto insurance policyholders can review and edit their policy details 24/7 via Online Service Center available on the website. They can also make payments, print or request ID cards and report claims. If you are a customer, you can follow the instructions below to log in, register, make payments and file a claim.
Step 1 – Go to the website and locate the “sign in to your account” link appearing on the right-hand side of your screen as shown below.
Step 2 – The sign in form will appear. Enter your email address and password. Click on “Login” to access your account.
Forgot Password – Click on the “Forgot Password” link at the bottom of the sign in form if you cannot remember your password. You will be redirected to the password recovery page. Enter your email address and first name. You will receive an email with details for resetting your password.
Step 1 – At the bottom of the sign in form, click on the “Create New Account” link as illustrated below.
Step 2 – You will be redirected to the user registration page. Enter your email address, name, driver’s license details and zip code. Create a password and password hint then accept the terms and conditions. Click on the “create account” button to complete the enrollment process.
The claim reporting process varies based on your provider since AIS is a broker. You can make the claim online or call the claims department. If you have questions about the claims process, call customer service at 1-800-493-7879.
