You can access your Allstate auto insurance policy 24/7 on the website. Features include the ability to view ID cards, pay monthly premiums (via checking/savings account or credit/debit card), edit your policy options (coverages, deductibles, limits, etc.), and file claims. Bills can also be paid via the automated phone line (1-800-901-1732), as well as through standard mail (check/money order). The instructions below provide a detailed overview of how to access your online account, register a new account, and file a claim online.
How to Log In
Step 1 – Go to the main account access page via the ‘Login’ link at the top of this page. A screenshot of the page can be seen below.
Step 2 – Enter your user ID and password, and then click the ‘Log In’ button.
Enroll in Online Access
Step 1 – Starting on the login page, click the ‘Register Now’ button.
Note: You can also access the registration page by pressing the ‘Create an Account’ link under the ‘My Account’ tab.
Step 2 – You will be transferred to the three-step registration form. Enter your first name, last name, last four digits of your SSN, DOB, and policy number. Press ‘Next.’
Step 3 – Enter your user details (ID and password).
Make a Claim
Step 1 – Go to the ‘File A Claim’ page (here).
Step 2 – Click the ‘Log In’ link to sign in to your account (you must be signed in to initiate the online claims process).
