There are three different ways you can obtain an Allstate life insurance quote: online via the website, over the phone (1-800-255-7828), or in-person with a licensed representative (click here to go to the agent search page). How to Get a Quote
Step 1 – Beginning on the homepage, click the ‘Get a Quote’ button.

Step 2 – A drop-down menu will appear, select ‘Life.’
Step 3 – You will be transferred to the term life insurance online quote form.
Note: This service provides an estimation of what you can expect to pay on a policy. Actual rates will vary.
Step 4 – In the section titled ‘About You & Health History’ you will provide various personal information, and answer questions related to your health history. Select your gender, date of birth, height, weight, and state.
Note: You can call 855-465-5147 to speak with an Allstate representative regarding your life quote.
Step 5 – Select whether you currently use tobacco/nicotine products, if you have ever had high blood pressure/cholesterol (as described by a medical professional), if you have ever/are currently being treated for dug abuse, if you have any known (and significant) conditions (such as diabetes), and if your parents/siblings were ever diagnosed with a heart disorder (e.g. stroke) before they turned 60. Select if you have had any moving violations within the past three years, if you have ever been charged with reckless driving or a DUI. Enter your email address, and then click the ‘Calculate You Quote’ button.
Step 6 – In the section titled ‘Your Quick Quote,’ you can alter your coverage amount by clicking and dragging the adjustment slider. You can also select your specific term length, as well as monthly premium amount.
