American Family Motorcycle Insurance Login | Make a Payment

Make a payment towards your American Family motorcycle insurance online via the website (policyholders do not need to be logged in in order to make an online payment). You can also view policy information, report a claim, update policy coverages, etc. if you have a registered account. The sections below detail how to sign in to your account, register a new policy/account, make a non-login payment, and begin the online claims process.

How to Log In

Step 1 – Click the ‘Login’ button at the top of this page. You will be redirected to the homepage.

Step 2 –  Enter your user ID and password into the sign-in form (as seen in the screenshot).

Forgot Password – If you do not know your password (or user ID), click the links on the homepage sign-in form (outlined below). You will be taken to the password reset/user ID recovery page. If you need to recover your password, enter your user ID into the field on the right side of the page. If you do not know your user ID, enter your email into the field on the left-hand side of the page.

Enroll in Online Access

Step 1 – On the homepage, press ‘Enroll.’

Step 2 – Select ‘Auto’ from the list of policy types, and then click ‘Enroll Now.’

Step 3 – Enter your first name, last name, state, DOB, and last four digits of your SSN (or your policy number).

Note: Click the ‘Next’ button at the bottom of each step to continue to the next section of the form.

Non-login Payment

Step 1 – On the homepage, click the ‘Pay Now’ tab, and then click the link as outlined below.

Step 2 – The ‘Pay Now’ page will generate. Enter your billing account number (found on your monthly bill documentation), and your ZIP code into the first input fields. Click the ‘Next’ button to continue the payment process. Enter your payments details, verify the payment, and then confirm the transaction.

Make a Claim

Step 1 – Report your motorcycle insurance claim online, over the phone (1-800-692-6326), or with your local agent.

Note: Go to the ‘Claims FAQ‘ page for answers to common questions/concerns regarding filing a claim.

Step 2 – To initiate the claims process online, go to this page. Enter your personal information, accident/incident details, review the claims summary, and then submit the claim.

Note: The online report form is four steps long. After submitting your claim, a local agent will contact you as soon as possible.
