Chubb auto insurance policyholders can pay their bill through several online methods (including both one-time and recurring forms of payment). ‘AutoPay’ payments are deducted from your bank account, ‘Credit/Debit AutoPay’ payments are made using a credit or debit card (both of these options are automatic and recurring once set up). One-time payment options include online (by signing in to your account), phone (1-800-682-4822), EBT, and postal mail (go to this page to review all payment options). Auto claims can be reported online, over the phone, through your local agent, as well as via fax. More details regarding the claims process can be found at the bottom of this page.
