Policyholders who are not currently enrolled in online access can register a new account within minutes (see the ‘Enroll in Online Access’ section below for specific details). Cigna also provides a mobile app that policyholders can use via their iOS/Android smartphones (use the links at the top of this page to download the official app to your mobile device).
Step 1 – Start by going to the homepage (www.cigna.com).
Note: You can also click the ‘Login’ button at the top of the page to load the main sign-in page in a new tab/window).
Step 2 – Press the ‘Login to myCigna’ link near the top of the page (as outlined below). The main sign-in page will load in a new tab.
Step 3 – Enter your user ID and password, and then click the ‘Login’ button to access your account.
Forgot Password – If you cannot recall your account password, press the ‘Forgot Password’ link on the sign-in page. You will be taken to the password reset page. Enter your user ID and press ‘Next.’ Verify your identity by answering the security question. After you have successfully verified your identity, you will be allowed to create a new password for your account.
Step 1 – Go to the main sign-in page, and click the ‘Register Now’ link. The four-step registration form will load.
Step 2 – In the first section enter your first name, last name, date of birth, address, city, state, and ZIP code.
Note: Click ‘Next’ at the bottom of each step to move on to the next section.
Step 3 – Confirm your identity by providing specific policy/personal information. In the remaining steps, you will create your user ID/password/security verification credentials, and then review/submit your registration.
