Cigna life insurance policyholders can access their policy via ‘myCigna.’ If you are a policyholder and do not already have an online account, learn how to register one by following the enrollment guide posted below. Premium payments can also be made online. Policy information can be accessed via the mobile app as well (download links for iOS and Android devices at the top of this page). How to Log In
Step 1 – Enter www.cigna.com into your web browser to load the homepage.
Step 2 – Click the ‘Login to myCigna’ button as outlined below.
Step 3 – Enter your user ID and password into the input fields to access your account.
Forgot Password – On the main sign-in page, click the ‘Forgot Password’ link under the login form. Enter your user ID and hit ‘Next.’ If you do not know your user ID, hit the ‘Forgot ID’ button to retrieve it.
Enroll in Online Access
Step 1 – On the main sign-in page, click the ‘Register’ button.
Step 2 – Enter your first name, last name, city, state, ZIP, and street address.
Step 3 – Confirm your identity, and then create your login credentials (username, password, etc.).
Make a Claim
Step 1 – Go to the forms download page (link opens in a new window) and download the life/death claim form. Fill out the form and fax/mail it to Cigna. Contact customer service for more detailed claims process information.
