Use the instructions posted on this page to learn how to access your Country Financial Insurance account. Benefits of having an account include online bill pay, the ability to view/print insurance information (ID cards, etc.), online claim reporting, and more.
How to Log In
Step 1 – Click the login link at the top of this page, or enter https://www.countryfinancial.com/ into your internet browser to go to the homepage.
Step 2 – Once on the homepage click the login button in the upper-right corner of the page, a drop-down login form will load. Enter your email address and password into the input fields to sign in to your account.
Forgot Password – Click the “Forgot Password” link on the sign-in form, the password reset page will load. You will need to verify your identity before you will be able to reset your password. Enter your email address, select whether you want to receive the verification via email or telephone, and then click the continue button to go to the next step. Once you have been verified you will be able to reset your password.
Enroll in Online Access
Step 1 – Go to the homepage and then click the login link, press the “Register” link under the login form.
Step 2 – Select the type of policy that you want to register and then press the continue link.
Step 3 – Enter your account/policy number, last name, date of birth, ZIP code, and social security number.
Step 4 – Create your account credentials.
Make a Payment
Step 1 – Payments can be made online (by signing in to your account), over the phone (866-268-6879), or in-person/via mail (click here to find an agent near you). Go to this page to view the payment mailing address.
File a Claim
Step 1 – Claims can be reported by signing in to your account, or by using the guest reporting tool.
Step 2 – To report a claim as a guest go to this page, select the type of claim you will be reporting and then press “Go.”
Step 3 – Enter the following information into the form:
- First name
- Last name
- Address
- City
- State
- ZIP
- Phone
- Policy number
- Type of loss
- Date of loss
- Year/make/model of vehicle
- Location of loss
- Description of the loss
Step 4 – Review the information you have entered into the form, and then click the “Submit” button.
