Make changes to your CURE auto insurance plan, pay your bill, and view/print policy updates all from CURE’s online policy management service. The guides below provide instructions on how to register a new account, sign in to an existing account, reset your password, make a payment, as well as how to file an auto claim.
How to Log In
Step 1 – Click the login link at the top of this page to go directly to the main sign-in page.
Step 2 – Once on the sign-in page, enter your account email address and password into the form. Press the “Log In” button to access your account (or the “Pay Now” button to go to the payment page).
Forgot Password – Click the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. Enter your email address and policy number (or your last name, date of birth, and ZIP code) in order to verify your identity. After your identity has been verified you will be able to reset your account password.
Enroll in Online Access
Step 1 – Click the “Not Registered?” link on the main login page. You will be taken to the enrollment page.
Step 2 – Enter the following information into the registration form:
- First name
- Last name
- Policy number
- ZIP code
- Date of birth
- Password
- Answers to security questions
Make a Payment
Step 1 – You can make a payment by signing in to your account, calling the billing phone line at 1-(866)-537-3083, or by going here and clicking the “Pay Now” link (non-login payment).
Step 2 – Online payments are conducted via Western Union, and there is a $12.95 processing fee.
Report a Claim
Step 1 – You can report a claim over the phone (24/7) by calling 1-800-229-9151.
