Empower auto insurance policyholders can make online payments via MasterCard/Visa or electronic check. Online policy management features include the ability to download/print out temporary insurance cards, view/update coverage options, as well as perform other account management tasks (such as change personal details, contact information, etc.). How to Log In
Step 1 – Beginning on the homepage (www.empowerins.com), click the ‘Manage My Policy’ or ‘Make a Payment’ button (both links will transfer you to the main sign-in page).
Step 2 – Enter your policy number and ZIP code into the input fields, and then click ‘Log In.’
Note: If you don’t have this information, get in touch with your agent or call the customer service line at 1-877-437-5010.
Enroll in Online Access
Step 1 – Online accounts are automatically created when you purchase a new policy. Signing in to your account for the first time follows the same process as what is described above. Enter your policy number and the ZIP code of where your insured vehicle is garaged to access your account. If you are unsure of what to do, call the customer service line at the number mentioned above, or contact your local agent who can assist you with setting up your account.
Make a Claim
Step 1 – On the homepage, click the ‘Claims’ link as outlined below. You will be taken to the online claim reporting form.
Step 2 – Enter your full name, phone number, date of loss, time of loss, and policy number. Press ‘Next’ to move on to the next section of the form. Follow the on-screen instructions (providing all required information) in order to submit your claim report.
Note: Call the dedicated claims line at 1-877-437-5007 for faster service. Online claims are processed slower than claims reported over the phone.
