Germania auto insurance policyholders can view their policy information, report and follow up on claims, make payments and print auto ID cards by signing up to the GermaniaConnect service. To set up an account, log in, make a payment of file a claim, follow the instructions given below.
Step 1 – Start of by going to the Germania homepage.
Step 2 – Locate the “Policyholder Login” form on the right-hand side of your screen as shown below.
Step 3 – Enter your user ID and password then click “Go”.
Forgot Password or User ID – If you forget your user Id or password, click on the “Forgot Password or User ID” link appearing on the login form. You will be required to enter your email address to retrieve your user ID or reset your password.
Step 1 – On the homepage, click on the “Register” link at the bottom of the login form.
Step 2 – You will be redirected to the “New User Registration” page. Create your user name, password and security question, and enter your name, client ID and policy number. Click “Register” to enroll.
Step 1 – On the homepage, click on “Quick Pay” on the main menu.
Step 2 – On the next page, enter your policy number and billing zip code. Click “Verify Policy” to proceed with the payment process.
Germania claims are reported online by logging in to GermaniaConnect .
