Make payments towards your GoAuto insurance policy, view coverage details, and update personal details by signing in to your online account on the GoAuto website. If you need to report an accident/damage claim, you can do that from the website as well (detailed instructions below).If you’re a policyholder but do not have an online account, read the guide below to learn how to create/register a new account.
Step 1 – Begin by going to www.goautoinsurance.com (either enter that address into your browser’s URL bar, or click the ‘Login’ link at the top of this page).
Step 2 – Once on the homepage, click the ‘Customer Login’ button to be transferred to the account access page.
Step 3 – Enter your user ID, password, and ZIP code into the input fields, and then click ‘Log In.’ If you do not know your password, refer to the instructions below.
Forgot Password – Click the ‘User ID and password help’ link on the account access page. Enter your policy number and social security number, and then click the ‘Continue’ button to go to the next step. Follow the on-screen instructions to reset your account password.
Step 1 – On the main sign-in page, click the ‘Create Account’ link (located below the login form). You will be taken to the account setup page.

Step 3 – Review your information for accuracy, and then click the ‘Create Account’ button.
Step 1 – On the homepage, click the ‘Report a Claim’ link.
Step 2 – Select whether you are a current policyholder or not. Enter your policy number, vehicle involved in accident, first and last name, main contact number, email address, street address, and ZIP code.
Step 3 – Select the date/time of the incident, and whether or not the police responded. Provide a description of where the incident took place, as well as a description of what actually occurred. Enter the contact information of any witnesses, as well as a description of any other vehicles/people/property involved in the accident.
