Current Good2Go auto insurance policyholders can access their policy and pay their monthly premium online 24/7 by going to the Good2Go homepage and logging into their account (step-by-step guide posted below). Besides making one-time payments and viewing/downloading policy documents, another feature of having an online account is the ability to file a claim from your computer/smartphone (via the mobile website if using a smartphone). Step 1 – Go to the homepage (www.good2go.com).
Step 2 – A large pop-up screen will load, giving you the option to get/retreive a quote, or manage your policy. Select ‘Manage Your Policy,’ and then enter your policy number into the input field and click ‘Go.’
Note: You can also use the main sign-in page to log in to your account. Click the ‘Here’ link in the ‘Manage Your Policy’ form on the homepage to be transferred to the main account access page (screenshot below).
Step 3 – Enter your username and password, and click ‘Login.’
Forgot Password – On the main sign-in page, click the ‘Forgot Password?’ link under the login form. You will be taken to the password reset page. Enter your policy number and ZIP code, and click ‘Validate Policy.’ Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the password reset process.

Step 1 – You can submit a claim online by signing in to your account. Claims can also be reported by telephone by calling 1-888-925-6547 (available from 8:00 AM to 7:30 PM EST). The claims service email address is firstname.lastname@example.org (emails can be sent 24/7).
