How to Log In
Step 1 – Begin by going to guardiananytime.com
Step 2 – Once on the homepage, enter your user ID and password into the login form on the right side of the page. Click the ‘Sign In’ button to access your account.
Note: You can also access your policy details via the mobile app. Request a download link using the ‘Anytime Mobile’ link on the homepage.
Forgot Password – If you do not know your password, click the ‘Forgot Password’ link in the login form on the homepage. Enter your user ID into the form, and then click ‘Submit.’ Verify your identity in order to finish the password reset process.
Enroll in Online Access
Step 1 – On the homepage, click the ‘Register Now’ link.
Step 2 – Select your user role from the list of options (e.g. member, dependent, agent, etc.).
Step 3 – Agree to the terms.
Step 4 – Enter your member/user information into the input fields. Create your sign-in credentials (user ID, password, security questions, etc.). Click the ‘Submit’ button at the bottom of the form to complete the enrollment process.
Make a Claim
