Make payments on your Progressive motorcycle insurance policy online, over the phone(call 1-800-776-4737), or by check via standard mail (payments address: PO Box 894107, Los Angeles, CA 90189-4107). Online payments can be made with PayPal, an online check, your credit card, or an electronic funds transfer (EFT) from your checking account. The sections below detail how to log in to your account, create a new account/register your policy, pay your bill without signing in, and make a claim online.
How to Login
Step 1 – Access your account by clicking on the ‘Log In’ button in the top right corner of the website. The screenshot below is of the main motorcycle policy page (the button can be seen on any page).
Step 2 – Once on the account access page, enter your user ID and password into the input fields. If you have forgotten your password, follow the instructions posted below.
Forgot Password – Click the link directly under the ‘Log In’ button. You will be redirected to the password reset/username recovery form. Provide your email address and then click the ‘Continue’ button to initiate the recovery/reset process.
Enroll in Online Access
Step 1 – On any page of the website, the ‘Log In’ button will be located in the upper-right corner. Hover over this button with your mouse, and you will see a small window open. Click the ‘Start here’ link to go to the account registration page.
Step 2 – Once on the policy registration page, enter your policy number or driver’s license information (number and state) into the input field. Press ‘Continue’ to move on to the next step. Follow the on-screen instructions to finish the account creation process.
Non-login Payment
No login is required for making a payment or viewing your billing schedule.
Step 1 – On the ‘Online Customer Service’ (login) page, click the ‘Make a Payment Now’ link.
Step 2 – You must provide either your email address or policy number, ZIP code, and DOB.
Make a Claim
Step 1 – Claims can be reported online, over the phone (1-800-776-4737 option #1), or at a local branch office (click here to search for the office closest to you). In order to report a claim online you must first log in to your account. After providing incident details online, a claims representative will contact you.
Step 2 – You motorcycle will be inspected for damage(s), and you will be provided an estimation for the cost of repairs. If you require a rental vehicle, your claims agent will help you obtain one.
