Access your Travelers Auto Insurance policy by following the login guide posted below. Benefits of having an online account include online bill pay and claim reporting, the ability to view/update billing or contact details, and more. How to Log In
Step 1 – Go to the homepage and then press the “Account Log In” tab in the center of the page (or the “Log In” link in the upper right corner of the page).
Step 2 – Enter your user ID and password to gain access to your account.
Note: You can also use the mobile app to access your policy online. Use the links posted above to download the app to your iOS or Android device.
Forgot Password – Click the “Problems Logging In?” link (on the login form) and then select “Forgot My Password.” Enter your user ID and then follow the instructions to reset your password.
Enroll in Online Access
Step 1 – Click the “Register Now” link in the main sign-in form (on the homepage).
Step 2 – Select which type of account to register (personal/commercial) by clicking the “Register Now” link.
Step 3 – Enter your email address, confirm your identity, and then create your profile.
Make a Payment
Step 1 – Go to the main payments page here (link opens in new tab/window).
Step 2 – Select whether you want to make a one-time payment (non-login), setup recurring payments, change billing details, or log in to your account.
Step 3 – Enter your policy number, last name (on account), and billing ZIP code. Press the continue button to go to the next step.
Step 4 – Enter your payment details.
File a Claim
Step 1 – Go to the claims center page and then select whether you want to sign in to make the claim, or make the claim without signing in.
Note: You can also file a claim over the phone by calling 1-800-CLAIM333
Step 2 – Select the type of claim you will be filing (auto, property, boat), and then select whether you are the policyholder, agent, or other.
Step 3 – Provide the required details for the following sections:
- General Information (name, policy number, etc.)
- Policyholder Information
- Accident/Loss Information
- Vehicle Information
