You can manage your Alfa home insurance policy online by visiting the company’s website. You can also use the mobile app (Android and iOS). This service allows you to file claims, pay bills and access policy information from wherever you are 24/7. The instructions below give the step by step process for creating an account, logging in, making payments and filing claims.
How to Log In
Step 1 – On the homepage, locate the Login link as shown below and click on it. You can get to the homepage by clicking on the Login button at the top of this page or enter ‘www.alfainsurance.com’ on your browser.
Step 2 – After clicking on ‘Login’ on the homepage, a login form will pop up. Enter your login details and click ‘Login’ to proceed.
Forgot Password – On the login form, click on the ‘forgot password’ link. You will be redirected to the recovery page where your will be required to enter your email address. Follow prompt to reset your password.
Enroll in Online Access
Step 1 – On the login form, click on the ‘Register’ link as illustrated below.
Step 2 – On the next page, select your state and policy. Enter your member number, policy number and zip code.
Step 3 – Follow prompt to complete the enrollment process.
Non-Login Payment
Step 1 – Click on ‘Customer Care ‘on the homepage as shown below. A dropdown menu will appear. Click on ‘Make a Payment’.
Step 2 – Select ‘Other’ under type of business. Enter your zip code and policy number then click ‘Continue’ to make the payment.
Make a Claim
Claims can only be made by calling your local 24 hour claims service.
