Creating an online AmTrust Insurance account will allow you to access all of your policy information online (24/7). The guides posted below detail how to enroll for online access, how to sign in to your account, as well as what to do if you have forgotten your account’s password.
How to Log In
Step 1 – The login process is relatively straightforward. Simply go to the homepage (), and then enter your username/password into the login form (outlined below). After entering your login credentials, press the submit button to access your account.
Forgot Password – If you cannot recall your account password, click the “Forgot Password” link (on the login form). You will be transferred to the password reset page. Enter your username into the appropriate input field (“policyholders” or “agent”), complete the captcha (security verification), and then hit the continue button to go to the next step and reset/recover your password.
Enroll in Online Access
Step 1 – Starting from the homepage, click the register link located within the sign-in form.
Step 2 – Enter your policy number and billing ZIP code into the input fields. Enter the security code, and then click the “Enter” button to go to the next step of the enrollment process.
Step 3 – Select a username/password.
