Because AAA homepages are all region-specific (when you load the main homepage, your region’s location-specific site will automatically load), certain process details may differ from site to site. You can also obtain a free quote by getting in touch with a local agent, or by calling your region’s customer service line (contact details are available via the homepage). The instructions below are a general guide detailing how to access the online rate form. How to Get a Quote Step 1 – Click the ‘Quote’ button at the top of this page, or enter www.aaa.com into your URL bar. Step 2 – AAA will automatically identify your IP address and load your region’s homepage. Step 3 – Once on the homepage, look for a tab/menu item titled ‘Insurance.’ Step 4 – Press the ‘Home/Condo/Renters’ link. On the next page, look for a link titled ‘Request a quote’ (or something similar). Click it, and the quote form will load on the next page. Step 5 – You will need to provide your personal information, property/home details, etc. The form is comprised of several steps (typically six). Step 6 – Enter your name, address, zip, city, state, and SSN. Click the ‘Next’ button at the bottom of the form to move on to the next section. Your region-specific homepage will automatically load. Note: This guide shows the various login/registration processes for the Southern New England homepage, your local homepage (yourlocation.aaa.com) may have a different layout.  Step 2 – Click the ‘Sign In’ link located in the menu at the very top of the page. Note: You may be required to answer the security question that you selected when you created your account. Forgot Password – Go to the login page, and then press the ‘Forgot Password’ link located directly under the password input field. On the next page, enter your email. Your password will be sent to your inbox. Enroll in Online Access Step 1 – Starting from the homepage, click the ‘Register’ link (in the upper-most menu). You will be transferred to the account registration form. Note: You can also go to the registration page via the link on the sign-in page. Step 2 – Enter your first name, last name, ZIP code, email, and AAA number. Then enter your profile details (login email, password, and security question). Make a Claim Step 1 – On the homepage, hover over the ‘Insurance’ tab. Note: The online claims process might be different on your region’s homepage. Step 2 – Press the ‘File a Claim’ link. Step 3 – Select your state from the drop-down menu. Step 4 – Either call the number listed, or click the link (under the type of claim you want to file) to begin the online claims process.
