Current Amax auto insurance policyholders can pay their monthly premium over the phone or online. Payments can be made by calling 1(888) 708-0076. To make a payment through the online system, follow the instructions given in the Make a Payment section below. The claims process depends on what carrier your policy is with since the company is a broker for other providers. How to Make a Payment Step 1 – To make your payment online, go to the website by clicking here (the link will open on a new page). Step 2 – At the top of the page, locate the “Payment” link. Click on it to proceed. Step 3 – On the next page, click on the box that represents your insurer. (For this example we will go with the Amax AMT option) Step 4 – Enter your policy number and password then click “Secure Login”. You can now make payments using your credit/debit card. Note: If you do not have a password, click on the “create account” link at the bottom of the page. You will be redirected to the registration page where you will be required to enter your policy number, date of birth and zip code. Click “Submit” to create your password.

You are required to select the type of identification you want to use for the quote. You can select to proceed with your Texas driving license, matricula, foreign driver’s license or ‘other’. Step 5 – On the next page, you will be required to enter you zip code once more. Click on the “Quote” button to proceed. Step 6 – Fill in your personal details in the customer form. This includes your name, date of birth and license information and contact details. You will also be required to provide your current address and disclose any traffic violations you have had.  Click “Next” to proceed. Step 7 – in the steps that follow, you will be required to provide driver and vehicle details. You will then select your coverage options before you can view your quote.
