How to Get a Quote Step 1 – Load the homepage in a new window or tab by clicking the ‘Quote’ button at the top of the page. Note: You can also type www.goautoinsurance.com into your web browser’s URL bar.  Step 2 – On the homepage, you will see a large ‘Get a Quote’ button, click it to be taken to the quote submission form. Step 3 – Enter your Louisiana ZIP code into the input field, and click ‘Start.’ Note: If you want to load a previous quote, use the drop-down list under the ‘Retrieve Quote’ section. Step 4 – After clicking the ‘Start’ button, you will be taken to the multi-step information form. In the first section select how many cars you will be insuring, and how many drivers you want to include on your policy. Select whether or not you are currently insured, and then enter the desired coverage start date, and your ZIP code. Click ‘Continue’ to go to the next section. Step 5 – In the remaining sections, you will be prompted to provide driver/vehicle details, accident/moving violation history, and select coverage options. At the end of the process, you will have the option to purchase a custom policy.

Make payments towards your GoAuto insurance policy, view coverage details, and update personal details by signing in to your online account on the GoAuto website. How to Log In Step 1 – Begin by going to www.goautoinsurance.com (either enter that address into your browser’s URL bar, or click the ‘Login’ link at the top of this page). Step 2 – Once on the homepage, click the ‘Customer Login’ button to be transferred to the account access page.   Step 3 – Enter your user ID, password, and ZIP code into the input fields, and then click ‘Log In.’ If you do not know your password, refer to the instructions below. Forgot Password – Click the ‘User ID and password help’ link on the account access page. Enter your policy number and social security number, and then click the ‘Continue’ button to go to the next step. Follow the on-screen instructions to reset your account password. Enroll in Online Access Step 1 – On the main sign-in page, click the ‘Create Account’ link (located below the login form). You will be taken to the account setup page. Step 2 – Enter the following details: Policy number Last name ZIP code Username Password Email Address Security Questions (answer two of them) Step 3 – Review your information for accuracy, and then click the ‘Create Account’ button. Make a Claim Step 1 – On the homepage, click the ‘Report a Claim’ link. Step 2 – Select whether you are a current policyholder or not. Enter your policy number, vehicle involved in accident, first and last name, main contact number, email address, street address, and ZIP code. Step 3 – Select the date/time of the incident, and whether or not the police responded. Provide a description of where the incident took place, as well as a description of what actually occurred. Enter the contact information of any witnesses, as well as a description of any other vehicles/people/property involved in the accident.
