How to Get a Quote Step 1 – Go to the main disability insurance page (link will open in a new window). Step 2 – Scroll down and click the ‘Get a Quote’ button. Step 3 – Select your gender. Step 4 – Enter your age, occupation, state of residence, and annual income. Note: You may be required to contact a representative in order to complete the quote process.  Step 5 – You can adjust your monthly payout amount, term length, and eligibility start date.

Step 2 – Enter your user ID and password. Press the ‘Sign In’ button. Note: You may need to answer security questions before being able to access your account. Forgot Password – Click the ‘Forgot Your Password?’ link on the main login page. Enter your user ID and hit the continue button. Verify your identity. After successful verification you will be able to create a new password.   Enroll in Online Access Step 1 – Click the ‘Register Now’ button on the main login page (located on the right side of the page).   Step 2 – Enter your SSN, and your policy/account number. Note: You can find your policy/account numbers at the top of any billing statement. Step 3 – Create your user ID/password. Follow the on-page instructions to complete the registration process.
