Progressive auto insurance quotes can be obtained by visiting a branch location, using the online submission form via the website, or by calling the customer support telephone line (1-800-776-4737, option #3). The instructions in the section below detail how to receive a free quote online. How to Get a Quote Step 1 – Enter your ZIP code onto the quote form located on the homepage, or here. Press the ‘Quote Auto’ or ‘Get a Quote’ button. The screenshot below is of the homepage form. Note: You can receive a quote for an additional policy and qualify for a discount by selecting one of the presented options (home, renters, or condo).  Step 2 – You will be transferred to the secure online five-step submission form. In the first section (titled ‘Start’) you will provide your first name, last name, address, city, state, ZIP code, and date of birth. Press the button at the bottom of the page to begin your quote. Step 3 – Enter your vehicle information. You can choose to either enter specific details, or provide your VIN number. After entering your vehicle’s details (or VIN number), select the primary use of your vehicle from the drop-down menu, the ZIP location, number of miles commuted per day, annual mileage, whether you own or lease the vehicle, and if the vehicle has a tracking device or not. Note: You can save your quote and finish it at a later time by pressing the ‘Save and Return Later’ link at the bottom of the form. Step 4 – Review the vehicle you have added, and if you have another you wish to include in the quote, add that vehicle. Step 5 – Provide driver details (gender, marital status, level of education, employment status, driving history, and accident history). Step 6 – Enter whether you have a non-auto policy with Progressive or not, your auto insurance history, and email address. Progressive Auto Insurance Login | Make a Payment

Progressive auto insurance payments can be made online via the website, and over the phone (1-800-876-5581, or if you are a California resident dial 1-800-300-3693). Bills can be paid via standard mail as well (send to: PO Box 894107, Los Angeles, CA 90189-4107). Follow the instructions below to sign in to your account, enroll in online access, pay your bill without logging in, or make an auto claim online. How to Login Step 1 – Go to the homepage. Click the ‘Login’ button in the upper right corner of the page. You will be transferred to the secure sign in form. Step 2 – Enter your user ID and password into the form on the left. Press the ‘Login’ button. Forgot Password – On the login page, click the ‘Forgot User ID or Password’ link. You will be transferred to the password reset page. Enter your email into the input field and then click the ‘Continue’ button to initiate the reset process. Note: Press ‘Recover your password without email’ if you do not know the email address you used to register your account.  Enroll in Online Access Step 1 – The first step is to register your policy. Click the ‘Register Your Policy’ link on the login form (as seen below). Step 2 – On the next page, select between entering your driver’s license number, or your policy number. Enter the number into the input field under the option that you selected, and then press the ‘Continue’ button. Note: Call 1-800-776-4737 to speak with a member services representative if you do not have this information available. Non-login Payment Step 1 – Policyholders do not have to sign in to their account in order to pay their bill. On the homepage, click the ‘Make a Payment’ link (outlined below). Step 2 – Enter your policy number, ZIP code, and DOB. Press ‘Continue’ and follow the on-screen instructions to make your payment. Make a Claim Step 1 – Go to the ‘Claims Center’ webpage here. Step 2 – Click the ‘Log In’ button.   Step 3 – Sign in to your account in order to begin the claims process.
