QBE Make a Payment | File a Claim
QBE Insurance policyholders (personal/business/aviation) can make payments towards their policy online via the “QBEpay” interface. The system allows for the customer to either enroll (and set up recurring payments), or send a one-time payment (with no need to enroll in the service). Use the guide below to learn how to navigate the QBE site and make an online payment. Policyholders can file a claim by either calling one of the claim departments (numbers provided in the “Claim” section below) or by reporting it directly to their agent. Make a Payment Step 1 – The first step is to go to the homepage (http://www.qbena.com/ – or click the “Login” button at the top of this page). Note: Links open in a new browser tab/window. Step 2 – Press the “Pay Your Bill” link in the top menu (outlined in red in the below screenshot). Step 3 – Select between personal/business or aviation. Step 4 – You can either enroll in the QBEpay service, or choose to make a one-time payment. If you want to set up recurring/automatic payments then you must register an account. Step 5 – In order to make a one-time payment you must have your account number, payment/contact details, and other required information on hand during the payment process. Report a Claim Step 1 – To report a general casualty claim you must call 844.QBE.CLAIMS. Claims with the National Farmers Union must be filed by calling 866.638.5677. Flood claims can be reported by calling 877.254.6819, and homeowners claims must be reported by dialing 800.824.8562.
