There are five main policy/plan options available: basic, standard, standard plus, premium, and premium plus. The basic package comes with liability coverage (with no uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage), and it is not available in all states. The standard package includes both liability and uninsured/underinsured coverage. The standard plus package includes liability, uninsured/underinsured, and comprehensive coverage (but no collision). The premium plan includes all of the coverages of the standard package with the addition of collision. The premium plus package is the same as the premium plan but it has higher limits. If you’re a current Rider Motorcycle Insurance policyholder, learn how to file claims, make payments, and access your policy online via the tutorials posted below. There are many benefits of having an online account including online bill pay, claim reporting, and other features. Go to this page to learn more about becoming a Rider policyholder. How to Log In Step 1 – Starting from the homepage (http://www.rider.com) click the “Policy Login” link. You will be taken to the online account access site. Step 2 – Click “Insured Login” and then enter your username and password into the sign-in form. Forgot Password – If you don’t know your password, press the “Forgot username/password” link located under in sign-in form. Enter your policy number/last name or license number/email address and then click the continue link to move on to the next step. After confirming your identity you will be able to recover/reset your password. Enroll in Online Access Step 1 – On the main login page click the “Register” link and then press “User Registration.” Step 2 – Enter your policy number, last name, driver’s license number, date of birth, and ZIP code. Click continue to go to the next step of the enrollment process. Step 3 – Create your username/password. Make a Payment Step 1 – There are four acceptable payment methods: credit card, electronic funds transfer (one-time/recurring), money order/check, and cash. Note: There are four different payment plans (you can either pay in full, or make four/six/nine payments). Step 2 – To make a payment online log in to your account. Note: Online payments must be made via credit card. File a Claim Step 1 – Claims can be reported over the phone 24/7 (866-211-0055), or online by filling out the claim form. Step 2 – Report a claim online by going to this page and then clicking the “Report Now” link. Step 3 – Select whether you are a policyholder or you were involved in an accident with a policyholder. Step 4 – Enter your contact information and then enter the information of the insured driver. If there was a passenger or other party involved enter their information as well.
