To do this, you have to register for an account.  Below is an overview of the enrollment process. How to Log In Step 1 – Go to the homepage of the website. Note: You can click on the login button at the top of this page to access the homepage directly. Step 2 – Click on the “Login” button on the top right hand side of your screen as shown below. Step 3 – You will be redirected to the Total Equipment Protection login page. Enter your mobile number and click “Submit” to log in.   Enroll in Online Access Step 1 – Go to the homepage and click on the Login link at the top of the page as shown below. Step 2 – You will be redirected to the login page. Click on the “enrolling” link appearing just below the “Submit” button. Step 3 – You will be redirected to the policy overview page where you can review the features and plans available. Once you are done, call 1-800-584-3666 to enroll. Note: You will be able to access your online account after signing up to one of the company’s plans. Make a Claim Step 1 – On the homepage, click on the Claims link on the top menu as shown below. Step 2 – You will be redirected to the claims page. Click on the “File a Claim” link as shown below. Step 3 –Go over the requirements and click on the “Get Started” button. Step 4 – Fill in your personal details including your full name, mobile number of the affected device, your contact number and email address. Click Continue to proceed. Step 5 – In the steps that follow, you will be required to fill out and upload some documents to verify your identity. You should receive a replacement device within 2 days after your claim is approved.
