How to Get a Quote Step 1 – Go to the homepage. Note: Due to the Affordable Healthcare Act, applicants can only purchase/enroll in certain plans during what’s known as an ‘Open Enrollment’ period (typically near the end of the calendar year).  Step 2 – Select ‘Health’ from the drop-down list outlined below. Step 3 – Choose the state you live in, and click the ‘Go’ button. Note: Coverage is only available in certain states. Step 4 – You will be transferred to the online rate quote form. Select whether you are a current customer or not, and then the type of coverage you want to receive a rate for. Note: Click the ‘Continue’ button at the bottom of each step to move on to the next section. Step 5 – On the next page enter your DOB, gender, and whether or not you want to add additional people to the quote (children, spouse, etc.).
