Follow the steps listed out below to access your online account, register a new policy, or sign in via your mobile device. How to Login Step 1 – Access your account by pointing your cursor to the ‘Login’ button in the upper-right corner of any page on the website. Step 2 – Enter your user ID and password in to the input fields, and then click ‘Log In.’ Note: If you are using a personal computer, check the ‘Save User ID’ box for the website to store your username. Do NOT do this if you are using a public computer.   Forgot Password – Click the ‘Forgot Your Password?’ link on the login page to initiate the reset process. Enter your user ID and password into the fields on the first page, and then click the ‘Continue’ button. There are two additional steps, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process. On the first page, enter your first name, last name, DOB, address type (USA, Canada, Military, International), specific address details (street, ZIP, city, state), and email address. Step 2 – Click the ‘Login’ link outlined below. Step 3 – Enter your user credentials into the input fields. Make a Claim Step 1 – To report a renters policy claim online, go to the property damage claims page (here). Select ‘Renters’ from the drop-down list outlined below and then click the ‘Go’ button. Step 2 – Sign in to your account via the form on the right (you must log in to make a claim online). After submitting your claim information, an agent will contact you with details on moving forward with the claims process.
