Current Zurich business insurance customers can access policy/plan information, file claims, view status updates, and perform numerous other account management tasks by enrolling for online access. Make a Claim You can report/initiate a claim over the phone (1-800-987-3373), via email ([email protected]), as well as online. Step 1 – Go to the main claims site (https://webclaims.zurichna.com/). Step 2 – Select which type of claim you want to file.
