Fred Loya auto insurance customers can manage and pay for their policy online from anywhere and at any time on the website. Payments can be made with credit/debit cards or Electronic Funds Transfer via the secure payment form. Policyholders do not need an account to make a payment.
How to Login
Step 1 – On the homepage, click on the red ‘Pay Online’ button at the top right-hand corner.
Step 2 – You will be redirected to the payments page. Click ‘Log into My Policy’ as shown below.
Step 3 – Enter your email address and password then click ‘submit’.
- I forgot my password – If you forgot your password, click on the ‘I forgot my password’ link above the login form. You will be redirected to the password recovery page. Enter your policy number and click ‘submit’. An email with instructions on resetting your password will be sent to the email address on record.
Enroll in Online Access
Step 1 – On the policy login page of the company’s website, click on ‘Register My Policy’ as shown below.
Step 2 – Enter your policy information as required. This includes your policy number, name, date of birth, zip code and email. You will also be required to set up your password. Click ‘submit’ to complete the enrollment process.
Non-Login Payment
Step 1 – Go to the company’s homepage and click on ‘Pay Online’ at the top as illustrated in the image below.
Step 2 – You will be redirected to the payment page. Enter your policy number and zip code to start the payment process.
Make a Claim
Call customer service at 1-800-880-0472 Monday through Friday. On Monday to Thursday, you can call in between 7 am and 8 pm. On Friday and Saturday, you can call in between 8 am and 4 pm. You will receive a call from the company’s adjusters (those determine liability in an accident) within 24 hours. Your car will be inspected, and investigations carried out before you can discuss settlement.
