Aflac health insurance is provided as a ‘cancer’ or ‘critical illness’ policy. Although you cannot receive a custom quote directly online via the website, you can request a custom rate by submitting your basic personal details via the form on the homepage. After submitting your request, an Aflac representative will be in touch with you via telephone in order to go over the policy options available to you. How to Get a Quote
Step 1 – Begin by entering www.aflac.com into your web browser (or simply press the link at the top of this page).
Step 2 – Once you are on the homepage, click the ‘Request a Quote’ button as outlined below.

Step 3 – A drop-down form will appear. Select the type of insurance you are interested in receiving a customized rate for (in this case it would be ‘cancer’ or ‘critical illness’), and then press the ‘Continue’ button.
Step 4 – In the pop-up form that appears, enter the following details:
- First name
- Last name
- Phone number
- ZIP code
- Email address
After entering this information, click ‘Next.’
Step 5 – Select the best time for a representative to call you. After submitting the request form, you will be contacted by an Aflac representative around the approximate time that you entered in the ‘Call Time’ section.
