How to Get a Quote
Step 1 – Begin by going to the homepage (https://www.boltinsurance.com/).
Step 2 – Once on the homepage, hover over the “Get Quotes” link in the main menu and then select the type of policy you’re interested in purchasing.
Step 3 – Fill in your ZIP code into the blank input field and then select which type of policy you want to receive a custom rate for (you can select multiple policy types). Click the “save and continue” button to load the next section of the form.
Step 4 – Depending on the type of policy you’re filling out the form for, you will be required to complete several sections. The applicant information section requires the following details:

- Last name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Address
