How to Get a Quote
There are three ways to get a free rate: by requesting one online, calling/visiting your local agent, or by calling the main service line (1-800-322-0160).
Step 1 – To submit your request online, go to (http://www.pekininsurance.com/life). Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page, and press the ‘Request’ button.
Step 2 – Set your location, and then select ‘Life’ from the list of options under ‘Choose Your Products.’ Click ‘Show Agencies.’
Step 3 – Select which agency you want to receive a quote from by clicking the ‘Next’ or ‘Quote’ links.
Step 4 – Enter your first name, last name, address, city, state, ZIP code, phone number, date of birth, and email address.
Step 5 – Click ‘Next’ to continue on to the next step of the request form. Provide any required information, and then submit your request for processing.
