Current Pekin life insurance policyholders can make premium payments, file claims, and manage their policy 24/7 by creating an online account. Online payments are made via credit/debit card or checking account. To make a payment over the phone, call the automated telephone line: 1-800-322-0160 – ex. 1200. tFor payments send delivered via postal mail, send your check/automated credit withdrawal form and your policy billing stub to this address: Pekin Insurance 2505 Court Street Pekin, IL 61558-0001. Automatic monthly withdrawals from your bank account must be activated by getting in touch with your local agent. Online payments do not require policyholders to log in to their account (see the ‘Non-Login Payment’ section below for detailed instructions).
How to Log In
Step 1 – Start by going to the Pekin homepage (http://www.pekininsurance.com/). Click the ‘Access My Account’ link in the upper menu (outlined in red below). You will be taken to the ‘MyPI’ login site.
Note: You can right-click the ‘Login’ link at the top of this page to load the login site in a new window/tab.
Step 2 – Enter your username and password and hit ‘Login’ to access your policy.
Forgot Password – Click the ‘Forgot Password?’ link under the login form to be taken to the password recovery page. Enter your username into the field on the right section of the page, fill out the security verification (captcha) and then click ‘Process Request.’
Enroll in Online Access
Step 1 – Go to the ‘MyPI’ site, and then click the ‘Create an Account’ button to load the registration page.
Step 2 – Enter your username, email address, full name, address, city, state, ZIP, and phone number. Select/answer security verification questions and answers, and then hit the ‘Create Account’ link at the bottom of the form.
Non-Login Payment
Step 1 – Go to the main payment page here (link opens in a new window).
Step 2 – Press the ‘Click to Pay Your Bill’ button.
Step 3 – Enter your policy number and ZIP code. Click ‘Continue.’
Step 4 – Enter your payment details (card/bank information, amount of payment, etc.).
Make a Claim
Life claims can only be filed by calling the claims support line at 1-800-371-9622.
