Pronto homeowners insurance policyholders can pay their premiums, and make changes to/manage their policy 24/7 by signing in to their online account. If you’re a current policyholder and want to register for online access, follow the guide in the section below to learn how. Home claims need to be filed through your local agent or over the phone (only auto claims can currently be reported online), detailed claim instructions can be viewed at the bottom of this page.
How to Log In
Step 1 – Access your policy by going to the homepage (www.prontoinsurance.com).
Step 2 – Click the ‘Login’ link at the top of the page to be transferred to the main login page.
Note: The direct URL for the sign-in site is (www.webservices.prontoinsurance.com).
Step 3 – Enter your user ID and password into the input fields, and then click the ‘Login’ button.
Note: You may be required to verify your account by answering a security question.
Forgot Password – On the main sign-in page, click the ‘User ID or Password’ link to be taken to the login help page. Select ‘Reset My Password’ and then enter your user ID. After verifying your account you will be able to create a new password.
Enroll in Online Access
Step 1 – On the homepage, press the ‘Register’ link in the upper right corner (next to the login link). You will be transferred to the account creation page.
Step 2 – Enter your policy number, driver’s license number, date of birth, and ZIP code. Press ‘Continue’ to go the next step (there are three steps in total to complete).
Step 3 – Create your account user ID, password, and other login credentials.
Make a Claim
Step 1 – Home claims can only be reported over the phone via the main claims service line (1-888-224-7740 open from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM Monday through Friday, Saturday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Sunday from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM), or through your local agent (click here to find an agent in your area – link will open in a new window/tab).
Note: After reporting your claim, you should immediately contact your mortgage company and inform them of the damage to your property. After reporting your claim with Pronto, a claims representative will contact you. More details regarding the claims process can be viewed here.
