Learn how to pay your Rodney D Young Insurance bill, register an online account, sign in to your account, reset your password, and how to file a claim in the guides posted in the following sections. Once you’re signed up for online access you’ll be able to manage your policy 24/7 from the Rodney D Young/Loya Insurance website.
How to Log In
Step 1 – Sign in to your account by going to the main login page (https://www.rodneydyoung.com/policy/login).
Step 2 – Fill in your email address/password and then click the submit button.
Forgot Password – If you do not know your password go to the login page and then click the “I forgot my password” link. Enter your policy number into the form and then hit the submit button. You will receive instructions on how to reset your password (they will be sent to the email address associated with your policy number).
Enroll in Online Access
Step 1 – Go to the policy management page and click the “Register My Policy” link.
Step 2 – Enter your policy number, last name, date of birth, ZIP code, email address, and password. Press the submit button to complete your enrollment.
Make a Payment
Step 1 – Make a payment online by signing in to your account. Payments are due by 12:00 AM (MDT) of the due date.
File a Claim
Step 1 – Report a claim by calling 1-800-880-0472. The claims line is open from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Monday through Friday), and from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (on Saturdays).
