Wells Fargo Renters Insurance is provided via Assurant, which means that policyholders must go to the Assurant website in order to access their policy online to make a payment, file a claim, etc. The guides posted below detail how to navigate the Assurant website and show how to enroll for online access, sign in, and more.
How to Log In
Step 1 – The first step to accessing your policy online is to go to the main login/member’s page (https://www.myassurantpolicy.com/).
Step 2 – Click the “Log In Now” button as outlined below.
Step 3 – Enter your email address/password into the form and hit the login button to access your account.
Forgot Password – Go to the main login form page (https://manage.myassurantpolicy.com/) and then click the “Forgot Password?” link. Enter your email address and hit submit. After you’ve confirmed your identity you will be able to reset your password.
Enroll in Online Access
Step 1 – Click the “REGISTER” link on the login form page.
Step 2 – Enter your policy/certificate number, ZIP code, and policy effective date. Press the continue button to go to the next section.
Step 3 – Create your username/password and other account details.
File a Claim
Step 1 – In order to report a claim you must call the number that’s listed on your billing/policy statement.

Make a Payment
Step 1 – Go to the main login page and sign into your account to make an online payment.
